Repairs

Here is the new repair policy: "I said I would fix it, I didn't say when!"

This may sound a little harsh, but it has come to that. Communication is the key to our success here. Jewelry is a special thing, if you have old stuff that needs revamped I would be happy to accomodate you. Repairs are best expected to be finished and delivered between the months of January through March. Of course, I would be happy to get to something right away if it is special or important or some kind of emergency.

I currently have a pile of repairs with no name, these are left from the shop in Rochester. If you left a repair at the shop, please drop us an email or give us a call. I kept everything hoping that folks would contact me and help to clarify what was on their ticket.

Custom pieces

We do a lot of custom work. If you would like to do a consult, just send us an email. The pieces in our Handcrafted Jewelry section are examples of work we have done in the past. Sometimes we can duplicate, or come close. You can take any of our pendants and give us the stones of your choice, and we can send you an email of the final product. If you don't like, it's ok! We will put it back into our inventory.

Measurement

The best way to measure size is to take a piece of jewelry that already fits you well and send us that measurement. When measuring ankle bracelets think about if you like to wear them high, or low - and with what shoes? Think of your neckline for necklaces - is it a V, a scoop? Sizing is free, so if we get it wrong - we can adjust it. Just follow the instructions on your guarantee card when your piece arrives.
